Over the last few months I have been rethinking my views on meat. I've added some Poultry back into my diet and things are going good.
Last week I joined some friends in Korea Town for a Birthday Dinner. We met at
Soot Bull Jeep, a Korean BBQ joint. My friend ordered for the table. The various cuts are cooked table-side over the charcoal grill.
It smelled and looked incredible.
So I dove in. My first taste of Beef in 10 years.
I don't know what to say. The food was great and now I have a taste for flesh. Watch out.
