Hey,

I was on the Westside and I spotted a new food truck.

I cut across three lanes of traffic and illegally parked.

This new looking operation only had four menu items. Each involved a dozen Shrimp, Rice and some kind of Sauce.

Coconut Chili Lime Shrimp. $8. Tasty.

This truck craze is getting out of hand (in a good way).
